  • SMOKING POLICY: CoCo Key Hotel & Water Resort is a smoke-free resort and applies to all areas with the exception of designated outdoor areas. A mandatory cleaning fee could be imposed should guests not adhere to the smoking policy in resort rooms.
  • RESORT FEE (Travel Dates: 2/11 - 12/31/2013): $19.00 plus tax USD, per room, per night payable to the resort upon check-in. This fee includes all resort amenities as well as up to 4 passes in Standard Room (up to 8 passes in Family Room) to the Water Resort. Rate and hours subject to change without notice.
  • CHECK-IN: One person in the room must be 21 years of age or older and present a major credit card and photo I.D. upon check-in to cover phone and incidental charges.

A Mandatory Resort Fee of $19.00 USD plus 6.5% sales tax per room, per night will be payable directly to the hotel at check-in. This fee includes access to the 54,000 sq. ft. canopy covered outdoor water park. Water park day passes are valid the day you check-in throughout the entire stay, including the day of departure. Four outdoor heated swimming pools and use of towel service, Jacuzzi, access to the world class arcade, access to the state of the art fitness center, in room coffee and tea, complimentary toll free dialing, parking, daily entertainment, complimentary Wi-Fi and kids activities. Fee is applicable for Standard room up to 4 people and Family room up to 8 people. A fee of $10 is applied for each additional person.
